Equine Assisted Learning North Qld Supporting people to discover Personal Awareness, Connection & Authentic relationships in nature. Prior experience with horses is not necessary.

Equine Assisted Personal Development is a unique approach to experiential learning where clients are offered safe experiences with horses for the purpose of learning personal and professional development skills with horses as assistants and teachers in this process. Horses model and teach us about health and life skills including awareness, living in our bodies and authentic, healthy relationships

. EAPD can help with a wide range of issues, from life skills, stress management, lifestyle changes, dealing with anxiety, grief, depression, post-traumatic stress and more. I am also passionate about helping nervous riders who may have had a horse related accident, injury, scare or has simply lost their confidence or connection with their horse. This work can be helpful for any age group, family, organisations, individuals and is not gender-specific.
