Hatha Yoga strengthens, tones, and stretches your body while also providing opportunity for stillness and reflection. This hour-long class covers a warm-up, standing poses, balancing poses, seated poses, strengthening poses, and a relaxation. GENTLE YOGA
Gentle Yoga provides modifications suitable for arthritis, limited flexibility and strength. Students begin the class seated in chairs for breathwork and centering, followed by a series of postures to stretch and strengthen the body. Chairs are used for additional support throughout the class when required. VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic form of yoga that synchronises movement with breath. A flowing set of poses called sun salutations are used at the beginning and throughout the class to warm the body and focus the mind. Beginning with centering and breathwork, the class is led through sun salutions, standing poses, seated poses, strengthening poses, backbends, and finish poses, leading into a final relaxation.
