Meet Maree Smith, one of our dedicated Personal Care Workers who has been part of the Murravale team for 14 years.

Maree loves making residents happy, seeing their smiles, and building the special bonds that make aged care so meaningful.

She first began her journey in the kitchen, but her passion for spending more time with residents inspired her to complete her aged care certificate.

One of Mareeโ€™s most memorable moments is the simple joy of seeing a resident light up with laughter or greet her with genuine happiness. These moments remind her why she loves what she does. Outside of work, Maree enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, and watching football.

We are grateful to have Maree as part of our Murravale family, bringing warmth, kindness, and connection to our residents every day. ๐ŸŒท

Meet Colleen Moat, one of our dedicated Registered Nurses, who has been part of Murravale on and off for 3 years and working permanent night shifts for the past 6 months.

Colleen enjoys getting to know residents, their backgrounds, and their life stories. Having known many residents even before they came to Murravale made her decision to work here an easy one.

For Colleen, the most meaningful moments are often the simplest, whether it is offering a warm cup of Milo at 2am or helping to heal a chronic wound. She finds real satisfaction in knowing she has made even a small difference in someoneโ€™s life.

Outside of work, Colleen enjoys shopping, learning French, cooking, and spending time around her old cottage.

We are grateful to have Colleen as part of our team, providing care and comfort to our residents every day and night.๐Ÿฅฐ
