Across Indonesia, coconut-based curries and fragrant rice dishes are central to daily life — built from fresh aromatics, slow infusion, and seasonal ingredients.
These meals are layered, balanced, and designed to both satisfy and sustain.
Our version honours this tradition while bringing it into a plant-based, whole-food kitchen — allowing the body to receive the full benefit of each ingredient.

🥥 Indonesian-Inspired Coconut Curry
A rich, warming curry infused with:
• Kaffir lime leaves — bright, cleansing, and uplifting
• Lemongrass — supporting digestion with light citrus notes
• Fresh turmeric — grounding and anti-inflammatory
• Garlic — warming and immune-supportive
• Coriander & toasted cumin seeds — aiding digestion and absorption
• Bay leaves (slowly infused) — adding depth and gentle earthiness
Simmered in coconut milk and combined with:
• Tofu — clean plant protein, absorbing flavour beautifully
• Potato — grounding and sustaining
• Green beans, carrot, zucchini — fresh, vibrant, and mineral-rich
→ Finished with a touch of almond butter, bringing gentle body, healthy fats, and a smooth, nourishing richness.
🌾 Nasi Gurih-Inspired Brown Basmati Rice
Our version of Indonesia’s beloved fragrant rice:
• Brown basmati rice — whole grain, slow-release energy
• Sweet tamari glaze (tamari + coconut nectar) — depth with balance
• Ginger paste & garlic paste — warming and aromatic
• Finished with almond butter — adding softness and a subtle creamy finish

🫓 Fermented Red Lentil & Millet Flatbread
A soft, nourishing flatbread made from soaked and fermented red lentils and millet.
