My wordle journey is similar to someone saying they aren’t good at cooking and then not cooking. This is how I was with wordle. I didn’t trust myself so I gave up said I’m s**t at it

But then a couple of weeks ago my niece showed me her tips and I now love it.

Come learn lots of cooking tips with me and you’ll end up loving cooking. I can pretty much guarantee it.

Well you can stop osteopenia and osteoperosis in it's tracks with the right diet.

What you need is;
weight bearing exercises,
Food rich in calcium
Vitamin D,
Vitamin K2 - Vitamin K2 is essential for good bone health, and in a vegan diet the only place you can get vitamin K2 is from fermented foods. A great place to start to easily get vitamin K2 is in sauerkraut .

Vitamin K2 activates osteocalcin, which is a protein that binds to calcium and takes the calcium to where it needs to go in the body.
