Protein protein protein. If I could work out where to get my protein from I’d consider eating more plant based meals but I just don’t get where protein comes from.

And what happens to me when i compromise is i get a bit antsy and feel like I have sold myself short again. Compromise doesn’t work for me!!!!

Happy new year everyone.

I’m offering a free salad bar challenge on the 2nd to 5th February. Where we cook and majestic salads each morning via zoom.

The idea is to have a variety of salads cooked, raw and hybrid in your fridge at all times so lunch is a breeze and of friends come for dinner all you have to do is get out your pre made salad. All contain deliciousness to the max. There will be plenty of protein in the salads too.

Lead by example is something that really works with food.

If your family are saying yuk I’m not eating that vegan sh*te then cook what they want to eat (or better yet get them to do it) and also cook what you want to eat.

Eventually and it may take a big long eventually, they may taste what you are cooking (it could be they get up for a mid night snack and you leave one of your vegan burgers in a container up front in the fridge and they grab it ) and realise how kick arse good vegan food is.
