This breath practice is one that I come back to daily and it keeps me grounded and regulated, no matter where I am—whether it’s in bed, in the car between clients, or even on the toilet (no joke). You can really do this practice anywhere! Although my favourite place to practice is of course in nature 🌊🍃
The real beauty of this practice lies in its simplicity and versatility.
It helps me to step out of my mind, into my body, and fully experience the present moment.
