I spent time strengthening my self-worth, learning how to break free from limiting beliefs and emotional triggers. For the first time, I opened myself up to love again, but this time, on my terms. With the confidence and clarity I had cultivated, I stepped into a relationship rooted in respect, emotional security, and genuine connection—one that has now flourished for nearly a decade and remains the most fulfilling partnership of my life! I became a student of transformation, investing in nutrition, mindset coaching, and personal development. I deepened my knowledge through life coaching certification, NLP training, and holistic health studies—because healing isn’t just about fixing symptoms. It’s about rebuilding from the inside out. I'm saying what others are afraid to say. Ketosis has been used as a therapy for over a century, but it's a Temporary Tool, rather than a Life Sentence.
The truth is, babies are born into ketosis, but we always have the Metabolic Flexibility to switch modes when we need to.

What happens as adults, we lose this Metabolic Flexibility.

And ketosis can help the body realign into that state (which btw Intermittent Fasting will also help you do)

Women need to feel like in a Fed State. There needs to be a stable Energy Availability signal reaching their nervous system, their brain, their glands, and organs. This helps the right enzymes and hormones to be produced at the right times.

And that is what promotes Fertility. When women don't get that signal through Long Term Ketosis, it's problematic.

If you're procrastinating and avoiding those hard decisions, know this: You are watering the seedling of Fear. And the more avoidance behaviour your engage in, the bigger the fear seedling gets. Until it becomes a tree that stands in your own way.

Indecision and delaying decisions is a natural coping mechanism, but it leads to disastrous results. It's not about analysing why you're being avoidant, it's more about shortening the time between idea and ex*****on, so there is no space for fear to emerge.

This is what mindset work is all about, and I help my clients get inner clarity through this.

This is the disguise your Shadow takes on. You come off as nice and caring, but inside you're compulsively suppressing your desire to receive. This reinforces the Self Worth Wound that some of us overgivers carry.

If you've ever found yourself always being the strong one, the nuturing one, the one who puts their own needs aside for others, I want you to take a good look at your receiving blocks, because this is where your real growth may be hiding.

Don't fall for the disguises of the Shadow. Learn to recognise that being an overgiver is resulting from a Shadow. The more you avoid facing this, the bigger it will get.

Did you know inflammation is associated with depression and other mental illnesses. How would we start looking at it differently if we knew that pills aren't always the answer, it's the visceral fat leading to inflammation?
I ponder these questions often, as someone who spent 5 years of their life being prescribed every anti depressant on the market, while nobody checked my visceral fat status.

This is part of the reason why I have lost hope in healthcare. Most diseases are preventable if only we look at nutrition and lifestyle, especially if we don't leave it too late. But our mindset has become: if it's not a problem yet, I don't need to worry about it.

This is why I practice preventative medicine, through nutrition and mindset work.

When we think of Energy Hygiene, we think of boring stuff like setting boundaries and saying "no".
We might not even realise the cost of not Protecting our Field.

As a result, we might feel short on time or energy everyday, and not even realise what's causing it.

Signs that you might have Energy Leaks:
-Feeling like there's never enough time in the day
-Avoiding socialising
-Exhausted after being around others
-Feeling like nobody cares about you or there for you, even though you show up for everyone else

Doubt destroys more dreams than failure ever will.

You can't force discipline to get alignment. Alignment is achieved through connection with your values.

But you cannot discover your values, unless you take action.

This is why Self Doubt is so disastrous, as it creates a loop in which you never find out your true values, yet still question every decision anyway.

Ask yourself this question instead and watch your doubt transform into clarity.

When women are compulsively over-giving and over-nuturing others, it just reinforces the Self Worth Wound.
The wound tells us that we aren't worthy unless we're needed, so we make ourselves available when we should be valuing our time more. Maybe we offer help to others, but secretly WE are the ones who need the help, but don't ask.

Everyday the wound hurts. It hurts to push yourself without any reward. It hurts to keep giving and never be on the receiving end of the nurture or care.
🚩🚩🚩THIS IS A RED FLAG! 🚩🚩🚩

It's important to notice this straightaway, come back to who we really are and what we need. When we start honouring ourselves, our time, our energy, our efforts, we start to care for it more.

There’s something deeply nourishing about a rustic sourdough with a little rye in it.

Not just in flavour — but in the way the body responds to it.

Adding around 20% rye to a traditional wheat sourdough creates a loaf that ferments differently, digests differently, and feels closer to the kinds of breads our ancestors would have recognised.

Rye is naturally rich in soluble fibres and enzymes that interact beautifully with long fermentation. As the dough slowly ferments, the wild yeasts and bacteria begin breaking down harder-to-digest compounds while creating a more complex, living bread.

The result?
A loaf that many people find:
• gentler on digestion
• more satisfying
• steadier for energy
• richer in flavour and texture

Unlike modern ultra-refined breads designed for speed, softness, and shelf life, traditional rye sourdoughs were born from slower kitchens, seasonal rhythms, and practical nourishment. Dense grains. Long ferments. Mineral-rich flours. Bread that was meant to sustain.
