Hi, I'm Zahra, an ICF-Certified Life & Health Coach, a Nationally Recognised Nutritionist and an NLP Practitioner. For years, I felt trapped in cycles I didn’t know how to escape—toxic relationships, self-doubt, and a lingering sense of never feeling “enough.” My first breakup in my early 20s shattered me. I was drowning in depression and isolation, convinced that if I just tried harder, loved deeper, and ignored the red flags, things would work out. That relationship was codependent, draining, and laced with unhealed trauma—and walking away was just the beginning. I thought escaping meant healing, but I quickly realised that freedom without clarity only leads to more confusion. I built new friendships, forced myself into hobbies, and tried to rebuild from scratch—but I kept falling back into the same destructive patterns. My health suffered. Burnout and stress manifested in gut issues, exhaustion, and anxiety. I was running on empty, chasing external fixes while avoiding the real work within. The turning point came when I finally stopped being at the effect of life and decided to reclaim control. I started setting boundaries, even when they meant facing solitude. I spent time strengthening my self-worth, learning how to break free from limiting beliefs and emotional triggers. For the first time, I opened myself up to love again, but this time, on my terms. With the confidence and clarity I had cultivated, I stepped into a relationship rooted in respect, emotional security, and genuine connection—one that has now flourished for nearly a decade and remains the most fulfilling partnership of my life! I became a student of transformation, investing in nutrition, mindset coaching, and personal development. I deepened my knowledge through life coaching certification, NLP training, and holistic health studies—because healing isn’t just about fixing symptoms. It’s about rebuilding from the inside out. Now, I coach ambitious women through their own transformations—helping them rewrite the beliefs that have kept them stuck, reclaim their full potential, and design a life rooted in self-worth, fulfillment, and wellness. I've changed my diet, yet again!
I used to see food as just macros like protein, carbs or fat. I would count calories that I consumed or burnt through exercise and thought I was living a healthy lifestyle.

What I didn't realise is that food are not just macronutrients, or even micronutrients like vitamins and minerals.

Food is information! and your body is always listening.

From Fear to Freedom 🌿 🍖
I used to have carb-phobia. I was so afraid of carbs, I would only eat animal based foods, like meat, eggs, hard cheese, and seafood.
No fruit ❌
No veggies ❌

Doing that for 2 years has taught me a lot about my body, my health and my fertility.😅🥲

Today this is the kind of breakfast I have.
No fear of bread ✅
No fear of fruit ✅
I now fill my breakfast plate with sourdough bread covered in avocado, with locally sourced red paw paw on the side.
🍖 Of course I still pay attention to the basics, like PROTEIN. and still, animal protein is KING.

With this lifestyle I have
🏋️ Energy to do workouts
😴 Amazing sleep every night
🌹 Slowly returning libido
😊 Clearer skin!

I'm still recovering from a 2 year carnivore diet. I don't care if people ridicule me for my choices, judge my dietary intake or make mean comments.

I'm listening to ME now. I'm going by what my body needs, and I'm adapting as I go.

What do YOU consider good in life? And how are you building that everyday?

For me, I focus on my self Improvement. This is something that has brought me fulfilment for so long, but I used to always deny it. I would think that changing myself is a bad thing, because if I change too much or too fast, others will lose trust in me.

I would hold myself back, and stay stuck in problems, so I could keep the people around me happy.

Now, I focus on what I can improve, what's within my control, and consciously bring about change in my life.

And I won't lie, I've lost people and relationships along the way. But what I learnt is that, once you change, you will be surrounded by different types of people. And your old company won't be relevant in your life any more, because you are not the same any more.

So, today, instead of holding onto your past, ask yourself, what will I create for my future? What good can I bring about in my life and other people's lives to make the world a better place?

It's so important to celebrate our achievements, but at the same time, if we don't acknowledge our weak points, those achievements will only fulfill you for so long, until you self sabotage.

This is what I found when it comes to

Too often we try to force ourselves to only focus on the positives. We distance ourselves from negative people or influences. This strategy CAN be powerful, but it has its downsides.

When you do this, it blinds you to your own weaknesses. Perhaps you have an aversion to negative emotions because you don't know how to manage them and get back to baseline afterwards? Maybe negativity is so overwhelming to you because it reminds you of your own problems in life.

Pretty soon, this avoidance turns to denial. And in this way, we self sabotage our own progress by not letting ourselves see where our blind spots are.

Today, I want you to notice those times that you want to just run away or hide or block. These are your weak links in the chain of life. If you don't address them, they won't go away. Instead they will be the reason why your positive thinking might not be working to full capacity.

As women, we spend on average 10 years of our life just being on our periods...

And some of us aren't even tracking our cycles!

This is a lesson I learnt when I didn't get any periods for 4 years. I was completely unaware of my cycles and my female reproductive health.

Now I track all my cycles and notice any changes...and because of that, I can easily predict when I'm about to get my periods. I have perfect 28 days cycle every time, with only 2 days variation. And I monitor my health and diet based on my cycles.

Dear women, if you want to enjoy healthy pleasure, and feeling at home in your body, tracking your cycles is a MUST!

My biggest challenge after being away from social media has been this!

3 months ago, I was struggling with showing up authentically online. I knew that if I talked about certain parts of my story that I would lose people.

I would worry about being politically correct, and always towing the line between being authentic, and being vulnerable at the same time.

Today, I am more in touch with who I am, and it's all because of some daily practices that I found that help me.

Journaling, Healing through Dreams, Conscious movement, Taking a relaxing supplement at night, and sharing my story.

I no longer worry if someone is going to accept me or not, because I accept me. And I KNOW me. That's been the biggest shift after doing the work.

Now I attract the right people who are drawn to my story, even if it isn't picture perfect. I will continue to be real with you all.

Sometimes things in life don't go according to plan. This is what happened to me when I didn't get selected twice for a speaking opportunity that I applied for.

I sat there rethinking my entire life plan, wondering why and where I'm going wrong.

And very soon after, I got approached by a completely different speaking opportunity for a Relationship Summit.

I felt surprised and confused all at once. And at that moment, something hit me:

When life gives you rejection, it is slowly steering you towards your highest potential.

We might THINK we know what's best for us, but our subconscious has a lot more wisdom than our conscious mind.

So, next time you are wondering why you keep getting rejected, or things aren't working out, remember, there's a better opportunity ahead of you. You just have to let go of the past, listen to the signs and move on.
Stay flexible in your goals, and you'll find more success and progress in life.
