I use many different oils for the kids at night time but this one is one of my all time favourite blends!

Lavender and Vetiver together are amazing are absolutely beautiful at supporting my little ones sleep. Juniper berry is one I add in to help prevent nightmares!

Here’s a little list of ways essential oils have been making my life easier lately 🥰

♡ Brave oil for Honeys first days at school (we all applied it)

♡ adaptive for my complete overwhelm resulting in anxiety

♡ tea tree and lavender for a graze on Misha’s ankle

♡ OnGuard for a scratch in my throat

♡ lemongrass for a pen mark on my kitchen bench (thanks to my little artist)

♡ Clove oil for a toothache

♡ Past tense for a tension headache

The first kit I purchased 2yrs ago changed my life. I got the Home Essentials kit and it empowered me with natural solutions to everyday experiences we all have. Now I am always proactive when it comes to our health and I feel like I’m in control now 🙌🏽

Sorry I’ve been a bit missing in action around here!
Week 3 back at work (that’s gone crazy fast) I’m still finding my groove!
I am casual so each week is a little different so it’s just taking me a bit of time to adjust to that!
I usually reply to all messages in the evening and I absolutely LOVE talking oils and low tox and DIY skin so don’t be afraid to send me a message if you have any questions!

This is one of the biggest mindset changes I have ever ever made 🙌🏽✨

Oils help with this so very much as well! That’s why I have them scattered through my house 🙈

There’s stations all around the house! My kitchen cleaning ritual includes turning on my kitchen diffuser 🤣

Nothings is a boring task anymore everything is a ritual done with love!

Making the bed is a linen spray ritual for sweet dreams later that night ❤️

Brushing my teeth is even a ritual of wellness using my onguard toothpaste 😂
