We had the best night cheering on .bells_ and the Blue team at The Doylo last night. Such a good vibe and great people in the crowd. Jett absolutely nailed his first amateur fight, annihilating his opponent in under 2 rounds!!! The crowd was going nuts cheering him on. So proud Jetty and can’t wait for the next one.

This deserves a spot on the grid! Mother Nature really put on a show for us for our last night in Lapland. We were squealing with delight! Didn’t pay for a tour, don’t even pay for a taxi. This was right in the backyard of our beautiful Airbnb Villa Alvo!

Every year hubby and I like to get away, and I always insist on taking a selfie before we head home while we’re all chill.

This first photo from July 2023 came up on my photo screen today, and when I compared it to the photo from a fortnight ago I knew I had to share it. I know, I know, another’transformation brag’. 😊

Two reasons I wanted to share. 1. Unfortunately, we can’t choose where fat comes off, but I sure am hoping it stops coming off my face! This has been the biggest change friends comment on.

2. has been Strength Training and doing Nutrition Coaching with too and is the healthiest and lightest he’s been in 20 years!

Whilst the Fit AF membership base is predominantly female we do have a few men in the mix! Sure, it’s mainly spouses that saw their partner killing it! 🤭 But, the men are all getting phenomenal results in their own right. 💪🏻

Fit AF isn’t the kind of ‘gym’ where you can join anytime, but the books are open. Are you ready to be Fit AF?

Want to see some before and after pictures of a Fiddle Leaf I propagated? 🤣🤭

Seriously, I cannot believe these pictures are exactly 4 years apart (almost to the minute). And I’m so fu***ng proud 🥹

I didn’t want to take the photos, but I’m glad I did. Honestly when Angie at suggested to take them “just for me”, that’s exactly what I did. I never thought I would publicly share them… heck if I did I might of done my hair 🤦‍♀️

This kind of body composition change takes time. It takes consistency and it takes a lot of effort - with both training and nutrition. The process is not for the faint of heart, but you’ll have zero regrets if you go all in. Angie has a fresh intake happening soon… will I see you at the shed? 💪🏻

The perfectionist in me struggles with ‘being behind’. It’s a big reasons I don’t like missing my strength training sessions.

Anyway, I’m pleased I’m now caught up on my lectures and feeling like I have a bit of freedom to go back over the further reading over the next week or so. A Saturday well spent, and now I have the rest of the long weekend to enjoy time in my garden and with friends!!!

If you’ve known me for a while you’d know that I’ve suffered a lot of back & neck pain, including at times quite debilitating and frequent migraines. At one point over a decade ago I was put on a preventative migraine med (that’s a story for another day).

I was reliant on massage and chiro to keep the pain at bay. Strength training has changed all that. 🙌

I’m not saying these professionals don’t have a place, because I do still use them as niggles arise. Yesterday at the chiro I was reminded that I hadn’t been there in 11 months! That’s literally $1800 in my pocket compared to the prior few years attendance.

And people say a membership is expensive!

I’ve just started my Nutrition course with and pulling out the big guns for focus… InTune, Motivate and my AirPods to cancel out all distractions.

Speaking of distractions, my devils ivy really needs a better hanging support 🤣
