Allow me to re/introduce myself 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

I’m Sam the Main Coach and Owner of Studio 27 Mypolonga

I’m all about empowering women when it comes to leading a healthier lifestyle in and outside the gym and pairing exercise with a bunch of smiles and zero judgement 🖤

I have been a Group Fitness Instructor and PT in the industry for 9 years 🏋️‍♂️ and an Integrative Nutrition coach for 3 years 🥭

I’m a busy mum with 2 bubbas just 6 months apart there’s never a dull moment in our house 🤪 and on the rare occasion when I get free time you’ll find me making the most of it by catching up with my friends 🫂

My favourite body part to train is shoulders (any day everyday) but I love training my upper body!💪🏻

Least favourite? Quads 🤢 I want nice looking quads but hateee training them 🦵🏻

Classes with .samlewis consist of a variety different exercise styles including circuit training, strength training, conditioning sessions and functional movement training 🏋🏻‍♀️

Meanwhile you’ll see Kass running our Fitboxing classes - a class combining fitness basics with basic boxing movements 🥊

And Mads teaching her fiery but mindful Vinyasa Yoga flows 3 days a week 🧘🏻‍♀️

This challenge was created on the foundation that if you focus on the key principles of a healthy lifestyle (nutrient quality, regular movement and adequate hydration) that you can achieve body composition changes (fat loss/muscle gain) as a byproduct of positive changes!

The primary goal for barely any of these women was fat loss, it was lifestyle change and structure

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED +SOME ✅

These women didn’t follow strict meal plans, they had flexibility to choose balanced meals from a wide variety of meals but also nothing was off limits but they learnt the importance of meal planning and preparation!

I couldn’t have asked for a better group of girls to have for my first ever 8 week challenge it was everything I wanted and more 🦋
