As the temperature is set to soar this week, there are some simple steps to stay cool during hot weather:
✔️stay indoors
✔️Use cooling where possible
✔️Drink plenty of water
✔️Block heat from entering your home
✔️Avoid vigorous activity

Keep an eye out for heat related symptoms:
❗️High body temp
❗️Red, dry, hot skin
❗️Nausea, vomiting
❗️Headaches and dizziness

Check on people more at risk:
⚠️people over the age of 65
⚠️Babies and young children
⚠️Pregnant women
⚠️People with acute or chronic illness
⚠️People who are socially isolated

❌ Thu 25 Dec & Fri 26 Dec – Closed
✅ Mon 29 Dec & Tue 30 Dec – 8:45 AM to 5 PM
✅ Wed 31 Dec – 8:45 AM to 1 PM
❌ Thu 1 Jan & Fri 2 Jan – Closed (short break)

We’ll reopen as normal after this short holiday.

💊Friendly reminder: Please check your prescriptions and ensure you have enough medication to cover the holiday period. If you need a script, contact us ASAP as we have limited appointments before Christmas.

Rather than disposing of these containers to landfill, we’d like to see them reused ♻️
