🌸 LADIES LET'S TALK | WRAP UP 🌸

And that's a wrap! What a night! We were absolutely blown away by the support of the amazing Albury-Wodonga community and the all ladies who attended our biggest and best ever Women's Health Week event - 'Ladies Let's Talk' last Friday night.

With “no topic off limits” the night offered a chance to talk through the many facets of women's health, specifically touching on topics such as pelvic floor, stress incontinence, hormones, exercising and diet across the lifespan and managing stress, anxiety and gut health. A massive thank you to the amazing Fiona Christie from Federation Clinic, Sarah Baker from Sarah Baker Naturopathy - Albury Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist Kelly Riley from Riley Counselling and Consulting as well as Flexout Health Albury-Wodonga & NE Victoria’s very own Kiera Frey and Sarah Lamb who were guest speakers on the night.

The live paint from Sarah O'Keeffe was a huge hit and along with the other charity auction items, raised an incredible $1300 for Share the Dignity. We also gathered more than 200 sanitary product donations which was a huge effort! With women leading busier lives more than ever before, it was a great way to remind each other to put ourselves on our to-do lists and set aside some time for their own health and well-being.

🌸 LADIES LET'S TALK | SPEAKER ANNOUNCEMENT #2 🌸

We are thrilled to announce that 🫶Kelly Riley🫶 from Riley Counselling and Consulting, will be one of the guest speakers at this years highly anticipated 'Ladies Let's Talk' event!

Kelly is a qualified Mental Health Social Worker who has an interest in trauma and trauma counselling, anxiety and stress. Kelly has been providing services in a wide range of settings, including hospital, crisis care, family violence, sexual assault, advocacy and tertiary education. Kelly spent 5 years providing generalist counselling in a private counselling setting in Southern Victoria before moving to the Alpine region and beginning Riley Counselling and Consulting in 2017. Kelly has previously presented at our Myrtleford event, and we are thrilled to have her on board for this years event!

This year we've combined forces for one super sized event. Hosted at the beautiful Restaurant - Bar & Function Centre, this year's event is sure to be something extraordinary! Mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable experience!
