YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING - FREE COURSE
Alpine Shire Council are welcoming Nick McEwan-Hall back in 2026 to run some Youth Mental Health First Aid training for the fourth-year running!

This free, 2-day course is designed for adults who work, live with, or support young people - perfect for parents, sports coaches, community leaders, and school staff.

📍 Location: Bright (details provided upon sign-up)
📅 Dates: Monday 16th February & Tuesday 17th February 2026

The Youth MHFA course complements the Teen MHFA program, which will be rolled out to all Year 8 and 10 students across the four high schools in Alpine Shire throughout the year.

There are about 15 spaces left to fill, if you, or someone you know would like to join, please contact Lara May, Youth Development Officer at Alpine Shire Council at ydo@alpineshire.vic.gov.au or call (03) 5755 0555 by Friday 6th February 2026.

This course is completely free and covered by funding held by Alpine Shire Council, out of the Community Recovery Hubs grant funding.

Thinking about getting your kids involved in footy or netball this season?
Our Community Day is the perfect chance to come down, meet the club, and try the sport in a fun, welcoming and safe environment.

This is a relaxed, family-friendly afternoon designed to bring juniors and seniors together, welcome new families, and showcase what makes Myrtleford such a great community club.

🌟PLAYER SIGNING ANNOUNCEMENT - SEASON 2026 - CY BANKS & JARRYD WALLACE🌟
Happy New Year everyone 🎉 and Happy Friday 🤗
The Club is excited to announce the signings of Cy Banks and Jarryd Wallace for Season 2026. Both are past players who are returning to the Saints.

✅Cy spent last year at Bright where he was instrumental in their Premiership success and he claimed the Ovens and King Football Netball League Rising Star Award.
✅Jarryd has spent the past few seasons at Milawa and is a highly skilled utility player who can play either end of the ground.

We are thrilled to have Cy and Jarryd back at the Club and can’t wait to see them in the red, white and black again this coming Season ... Go Saints! 🔴⚪⚫

The Club is thrilled to announce the signing of Matthew Motlop from the Wanderers Football Club in the Northern Territory Football League for Season 2026. Matthew is an exciting half back/midfielder who is the current captain of the Wanderers.
He comes to the Club through close connections with past teammates. Matthew will be relocating to Myrtleford in the new year and we can’t wait to see him in the red, white, and black ... Go Saints! 🔴⚪⚫
