Wishing Toby Cossor all the very best as he heads over to the west to join Peel Thunder in the WAFL next season 💪

Cossor's Coming 😤⚡️

The big man from Myrtleford is heading west 🤝

Standing at 207cm, 110kg and only 20 years old, Toby Cossor is set to bring serious ruck presence and competitiveness to Peel Thunder in 2026.

GM Football Operations, Sam Skinner, said: "Toby's a man on a mission. He driven to squeeze every bit of potential out of himself, see how far he take his football. He fits our culture and on-field needs - Super competitive, a proud character, team-first and we feel he has plenty of growth to come. He was awarded the player-voted trademark player this year for Myrtleford."

Toby spoke on the signing, saying: "I'm just so excited to join the Club and appreciate the opportunity the Club is giving me. I love the community feel, it reminds me a lot of back home in Myrtleford so I feel very comfortable.

"I feel like I can bring aggression and bulk work to win the football and more importantly make my teammates walk taller knowing that I'm there besides them. I'm keen to start pre-season and have a dip with the boys."

🌟PLAYER RE-SIGNING ANNOUNCEMENTS SEASON 2026🌟
The Club is pleased to announce another round of re-signings of key local players whose families are strongly connected to the Myrtleford Football Netball Club.

➡️Will McKerral - a ruck/forward who is coming back from a serious knee injury last season. Prior to this injury, Will had established himself in the OMFNL and will be looking forward to a injury free preseason and a huge 2026!

➡️Jye Gribbin - a young ruck/forward who has played good senior football in recent seasons. Jye is a strong competitor who will play a key role for the Saints next season and beyond!

➡️Lachie Miotto - established himself in the senior side in the second half of the season and was one of the Saint's most consistent players during this time. A highly skilled player, who will be looking at taking another step in the OMFNL next season!

🌟PLAYER RE-SIGNING ANNOUNCEMENTS SEASON 2026🌟
The Club is excited to announce the re-signings of three local players, whose families have strong connections to the Myrtleford Football Netball Club.

➡️Damon Harrington - has established himself as an important part of the senior side in recent seasons with his pace and skills. Damon will again play a big role for the Saints in next season!

➡️Rhys Grant - a versatile defender who recently received Player Life Membership at the Club. Rhys will play a key role in Season 2026 for the Saints!

➡️Charlie Crisp - a versatile player who can play anywhere on the ground, has the ability to kick goals. Charlie will be another important player for the Saints next season and beyond!

🌟MFNC PRESENTATION NIGHT SEASON 2025 - WRAP UP🌟
