Country as your primary health care.
Our healing body oils combine the plant-based carrier oil jojoba with healing essential oils such as sandalwood, lemon myrtle, chamomile, or tea tree for properties like pain relief, relaxation, and mood enhancement. Our oils are made with love and care, restoring your body with Country as our co-therapist and are excellent body moisturisers that help lock in hydration and leave skin feeling nourished and smooth.

l am a proud Aboriginal woman from the Gamilaroi Tribe Northern NSW, however l was born and raised on the lands of the Kulin Nation in Victoria.l am an Accredited Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Earth Educator and Personal Development Facilitator with over 10 year experience in Health & Wellness.
Being a Mindfulness Coach has allowed me to recognize limiting thought patterns and behaviors that keep people hooked in lower vibrations and negative situations that prevent them from experiencing a more meaningful life. The practice of being aware of your thought is the richest part of learning, this knowledge allowed me to transforms the areas of my life that were no longer serving me and allowed for something greater.
Deep within me was a growing thirst to immerse in Culture which lead me to study Earth Mindfulness. Wayapa Wuurrk translates to Connect to Country in the languages of the Marra and Gunnai people. Wayapa is an Earth Mindfulness movement that weaves Aboriginal Culture and connects to the spirit of the land.
I believe acknowledging and embracing spirituality is a gift that recognizes the importance of taking care of ourselves, mind, body and spirit as well as the environment.
l am driven by a deep desire to teach and help others to heal and live a more joyful and meaningful life. l have developed a range of different programs and workshops as well as individual sessions to guide you in the way of wisdom and lead you on your path. My service offers a supportive approach to facilitate and inspire change and provides many effective ways to encourage change.
