Well, have I got some news for you or what..!!

No - not pregnant 🫣
No - not getting married again 🤯
No - not moving overseas….🫠

Unfortunately, it’s bad news as accidents do happen. I will be out of action for approximately six weeks due to an injury sustained in a fall. I’m okay.

To all my regular massage clients, I will be in touch with you individually, and thank you all for your ongoing support.

Hayley travelled all the way to Perth this weekend to take part in The Massage & Myotherapy Australia 2025 National Conference.

This is the largest massage therapy, remedial massage therapy and myotherapy event in Australia and is the Association's 19th in-person conference.

This year's theme, 'Enhancing Potential for You and Your Clients', has inspired Hayley. She has participated in hands-on workshops, and expert-led sessions focused on elevating her skills and supporting client outcomes.

Hayley said the Robert Libbey workshop was her highlight, learning his ligamentous articular strain technique; and also loved move stretch and breathe Sunday morning even though she was exhausted after it!

She will be back in the clinic this week so if you want to book in and experience her new techniques ☎ 02 60245814 or book online.
