POSITION VACANT

We are looking for a Casual Point of Sales Superstar for Mystery Bay Kelp 🧜🏻‍♀️

Our lovely Jude who has been with us for nearly 3 years is wanting to hang up her fins !

We are now lookong someone to jump in & take over promoting our locally manufactured health products at markets and events at Moruya Country Market, Narooma or Bermi, and sometimes further afield for larger events.

Approximately 6-8 markets per month. We also have some bigger events coming up, such as the Narooma Oyster Festival, Tilba Festival, and others.

You would be required to manage or assist with our marquee shops; all dates would be well booked in advance, would need your own transport and preferably be familiar with market stall set-up and POS system.

All on-the-job training and product knowledge will be provided.
The position would be best suited for someone who has an interest in the health and wellness industry and lives by this ethos, enjoys meeting people, and travelling to different areas, having new experiences.

There are early starts involved, perfect for someone semi-retired or looking to top up their income. A love for meeting new people, ability to engage easily, and great customer service/communication skills are essential, as you will be the face of our brand whilst at these events.

The following qualities are required:

- Reliability and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work unsupervised
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and a friendly attitude
- Possession of a current driver's license
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Flexibility

This is a fun, interesting & rewarding role where you have the opportunity to acquire new skills, socialise, and meet visitors to our areas and our local community whilst promoting our local products.

A beautiful capture here by local famous !

🫶 Mystery bay is one of the very few hamlets left in Australia with only 3 remaining

Being a descendent of the Poole family, my great great grandparents John Josiah and Mary Poole were settled here when the mystery occurred .

Then known as Mutton fish point,
my GG grandfather John Josiah Poole changed the name to Mystery Bay 

It's easy to see why our seaweed is so pristine from these beautiful waters from this angle,

with our biggest weekend of the year, kicking of the 🎄festive season,
we are literally all over it 😲👏😆

Firstly, swimming down South to the deliciousss Taste of Eden festival, undercover @ Seahorse Inn - with Heather & Lee-Anne on board sneaking in the odd oyster (or dozen) ...

Then moving North to Handmade on the South Coast - Artisan Craft Fair at NAROOMA with Becky at the helm,

A gathering of 35 local artisans & creators with the most beautiful hand made products come together under the one roof for their 3rd year, this has been a hugely successful event

10-2pm AND also out of the weather
@ Narooma leisure centre.

If heading North is your thing, to warmer drier pastures MOLLYMOOK here we will be set up Mollymook Markets.
