Beginning February 5, 2024, we've made a slight adjustment to our billing policy to address the growing costs of our operations. While the core of our policy remains the same, the GAP fee for patients not eligible for bulk billing has been increased to $35.

Dear Community Members,
Some patients are confused with our mixed billing Policy from 1st November 2022.
Below are the Important Highlights.
1) Patients will be BULK BILLED if they are booked in for 75+ Healthcare assessments, Chronic Disease Management Plans, Vaccinations and Mental Health Care Plans.
2) Pensioners/healthcare card holders/children/DVA Gold card/ under 16 years will be bulk billed for brief, standard, prolonged consultation only**. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR Pension/HealthCare Details with a reception.
3) All Patients will be charged out-of-pocket fees for procedures, dressing, skin check, Implanon removal and insertion, ECG, Spirometry, Mirena Insertion and Removal. Please call reception for further details. i.e. 0357941816

Community ANNOUNCEMENT:

Face masks are still mandatory for everyone aged eight years and above in a primary care facility. However, wearing a facemask is a compulsory entry requirement for our Nagambie Medical Centre.

From 27th September 2022, if the practice provides the face mask, there will be a charge of ONE dollar per mask.

Kindly please bring your face mask to avoid any additional cost.
