✨ Sometimes, as women, we spend years pouring love into everyone else, our children, families, careers and somewhere along the way, our own heart builds quiet walls of protection. This was me before I found EMK. Grief, sadness, loss and hurt in my heart.

When our heart chakra is out of balance, it can feel like carrying an invisible weight… loneliness, sadness, or simply feeling closed off.

Through Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology (EMK), we gently help release those layers like opening a window to let the fresh air and light back in.

It always amazes me what a kinesiology balance can shift 💫
One client came in feeling the weight of work stress on their heart 💔 … and left feeling grounded with a strong, steady mind again.
Another felt low confidence, depressed and anxious but after their session they walked out lighter, more connected, and inspired, like they could finally see the light at the end of the tunnel ✨

This is why I love what I do 🥰 Seeing peoples faces change from stress to relaxed in a session just light me up.
