Valentine’s Day arrives this year with a deeper meaning…
Yesterday, I stood among a sea of people gathered to honour an extraordinary woman… my dear, dear friend.
The crematorium was overflowing… a reflection of a life lived so fully, so openly, and with such immense love.
My flight back to the UK was unexpected. Being present, I have learnt, matters deeply to me. To stand alongside those who loved my friend, and to share in such sacred time together, absolute.
Kelly was incredibly special to me.
Our friendship held laughter, honesty, deep understanding. Time… and that rare ease where you could simply be yourself and feel completely met.
She loved wholeheartedly.
This was so beautifully reflected in the devotion between her and her wonderful husband… and in their two amazing children who carry her courage, warmth, strength, and spirit so naturally.
Being there yesterday, and over the past few days was a powerful reminder of the fullness of love…
the importance of presence…
and the quiet, profound impact we have on one another simply by being open, by caring, and by showing up fully.
Kelly lived this. She embodied it.
I carry deep gratitude for our friendship, for the memories we shared, and for the love she gave so freely. I also feel so incredibly blessed to witness the care, consideration and love so deeply held within her family.
Today is a reminder to love openly… to be present… and to never hold back the love that lives within us.

Taking time to pause… celebrating my beautiful girl, Indy’s, birthday here in Carrickalinga 🌊🩷☀️
After missing time together over the years, and after so much recent movement, change, and loss... being here now like this feels really special. Family, friends, music, laughter and simply cherishing the moment.
Being with the ones who know me beyond the work, beyond the roles, beyond everything.
These moments remind me what truly matters.

Let me introduce you to Sekhmet 🦁💫
An ancient Egyptian archetype of strength, protection, and deep, embodied transformation.
Not forceful.
Not chaotic.
But fiercely aligned.
I met Sekhmet in her chapel at Karnak Temple.
It was quiet. Still.
Her presence steady and unmistakable, echoing softly through the stone.
It was one of the most powerful moments of my journey.
Not because anything dramatic happened, but because everything felt so deeply anchored.
A strength that did not need to move or speak loudly to be known.
Sekhmet is about truth in the body.
Balance through presence.
Power that comes from being rooted, not reactive.
Her medicine reminds us that healing is not found in pushing harder or bypassing what we feel.
It comes through breath and conscious awareness.
Through intention.
Through the willingness to align, to gently challenge ourselves, and to step beyond familiar comfort into deeper truth, purpose, and integrity.
Listening to Sekhmet, and to what she stands for, has touched the things I hold most sacred.
Clarity. Honesty. Embodiment. Respect for the body’s wisdom.
These qualities shape how I move through my work and my life.
Not as something to claim or define, but as something I continually strive to honour and protect within the spaces I hold.

I love this photo of Sue and I, both freshly returned from separate, and equally incredible, journeys through Egypt.
During Sue’s reading, the Ptah card was drawn and became a key presence, gently anchoring the themes she is currently leaning into.
Alchemy and creation.
Transformation and embodiment.
Ptah, the master creator.
The divine architect.
The one who brings thought into form through intention, word and sacred craft.
What made this moment even more meaningful was the synchronicity... Sue found this statue of Ptah, very unexpectedly in a small op shop on the way to her appointment with me. I love this 💫
As guidance, Ptah reminds us that nothing is random.
That creation begins in stillness and clarity of intention.
That when the heart is aligned, the next step reveals itself.
And that what is truly meant for us will always find its way, often through the most unexpected doorways..
