If you feel like you need a time out, a place to recharge and relax, letting go of stress and worries, this is for you!
Join us on Sunday 3 May at the Nambour Yoga Centre for a deep restorative 3-hour journey into stillness, breath, and inner peace at this Yin, Breathwork and Sound experience with Michelle Freeman and Cristian Trujillo.
These is a small venue, and we have limited early bird spots available.
This immersive session begins with a gentle breath body awareness meditation, followed by a grounding yin yoga practice designed to soften, release tension, and gently open the energetic pathways of the body. As we move through long-held postures, we’ll explore the wisdom of the five elements—fire, water, wood, earth, and metal—supporting balance within the meridian system and inviting a deeper connection to your inner self.
From this place of openness, you’ll be guided into a powerful and gentle breathwork experience, allowing you to access deeper layers of consciousness as well as to further release and renew your energy. Breath allows us to cross the bridge between body, the mind and the heart, helping us cultivate a sense of clarity, peace and gratitude.
The experience finishes with a Sound Journey. Offering a deep immersion into the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, harmonium and other sacred wind and percussion instruments.
This event is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect deeper - with your breath, your body, and the subtle rhythms that bring you back into balance. Booking link in comments below.
