Its all about providing individualised quality support right? Right. So how do support workers know how to best support someone? 🤔 Well we day, ask the individual first. Working closely with professionals such as Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behaviour Specialists, Physiologists is been crucial towards us providing the absolute best quality of care to each unique individual.
