Sometimes though, we know what we need to do to feel better, but we just can't seem to take action. Here’s how I tried that today! It was so satisfying learning something new. Just being able to do something I’ve not been able to do since I was a kid, and then not very well! Today, I had a solid stand! What a high! 😎

This is so true! If you really want something, you’ll find a way.

I really wanted an end to the fatigue, joint pain and ever growing waistline! None of my go to solutions were working. Despite ALL of my efforts with regular gym sessions, salads and healthy food, I did not change anything!
The only thing I gained was more fatigue.

How often have you had your period pain dismissed as normal? Well, it can be “your normal” but you don’t need to suffer.

As a Naturopath I hear women complaining they have endured years of “monthly” pain, missing work or other activities because of it.
