Looking back, I didn’t realise how un-me I was. Just existing and going through motions.

I stumbled across and Reiki in 2020 and went for a treatment. This treatment had a profound effect on me so I decided to learn level 1 Reiki. Originally it was just for my own healing.

I then went deeper and deeper, I could feel myself opening up and becoming stronger and more confident. Now, 5 years later, I have completed all levels of Reiki and am a Master Teacher. The only way I can best describe is that many light bulbs have been turned on.

My life is now happier, authentic and better.

Anyone can receive and learn Reiki. This is a beautiful gift we all have access to and I love to share it.

Today I completed 5 magical days to become a yin yoga instructor. This is something I’ve been wanting to do for a few years, so I am thrilled! Yin yoga is such a beautiful practice and I look forward to sharing this. I am also looking forward to incorporating this along with Reiki in some workshops. Who would like to do some yin sessions with me? 💖

📣 Call out to anyone who is feeling like they are ready for another Reiki treatment. I haven’t had my books open this year, as I have had a lot going on, including learning new modalities to add to my offering. I have had a few people here and there reach out asking for a treatment, so I have decided to dedicate a couple of days per month to reiki sessions. If you are interested, please message me. If I can get a few people that I can book in I will organise a room. Please let me know week days that suit you and times and I will see what I can do. I look forward to seeing you all again, new faces welcome too. 🥰
