Welcome to Inclusion Plus Family Support! We’re a not-for-profit organisation that specialises in empowering the lives of children and adults living with a disability.
As passionate advocates for “Quality Support and Inclusion For Everyone” we’ve been supporting people with a disability on our beautiful Sunshine Coast since 1987. Our local know-how and networks, coupled with our expertise and commitment, all work towards helping our clients enjoy life and become a valuable member of our community.
We’re committed to ensuring that the people we support have every opportunity to be included in all aspects of life and participate in activities and events that interest them.
Together, we can develop a plan that includes your personal supports and activities, and where necessary help navigate you through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
