At Shipards Herb Farm we believe that information about herbs and plants, and their health and economic benefits, are vital for all families and households, and we are committed to sharing this valuable knowledge. We have published and distributed Isabell's 3 books and 2 DVDs from Nambour on the Sunshine Coast, where we also stock a large collection of culinary herbs, medicinal herbs, spices, Fruit Trees, Rare Edibles and seed varieties. We have been sought after by gardeners throughout Australia and internationally. They have supplied herbs for cooking demonstration by 'The Naked Chef' Jamie Oliver, and displays for international expos.

Everyday I am in awe and reminded of the amazing benefits of herbs and plants
that can have such a remarkable impact on our health.
Today I’d like to shine a light on SHEEP SORREL

Sheep sorrel is one of the strongest antioxidant herbs we can use regularly.
Antioxidants scavenge free radicals from the body cells and prevent or reduce
the damage caused by oxidation.
Sheep sorrel is one of the herbs included in the Essiac formula along with Burdock,
Turkey rhubarb and Slippery elm. The Essiac formula has been used for many
