Honouring your wonderfully colourful and fulfilling life dad. Your cheeky grin and incredible stories left us all hanging on for more. We admired your wisdom, steely strength and perceptive eyes. You loved fiercely and your passion and dedication to your family was second to none. A proud Sicilian man, you celebrated all of life's delights fully: food, wine, travel, friends, dancing, love, laughter and friendship.

To say you were adored was an understatement.

Following in your footsteps and upholding your name and legacy is a daunting task, but one I carry with pride and honour.

Thank you for this blessing of a life and for being my Dad. You brought me into this world and I held you when you left it.

Forever grateful our time together and I will hold your final smile in my heart forever.

It’s been a loooong time since I worked hands-on 1:1 in a healing room. Sometimes I miss it, but to be honest I love being able to reach more people through virtual courses, books and online immersions.

Having said that, I feel more and more pulled towards human touch and interaction again (part of my new shift into the ‘Feminine’ energies maybe?). I am considering working with a small number of in-person clients again.

If location was no issue, who would love to get on my healing table and experience a healing session with me? 🙂

This year has been, without a doubt THE most uncomfortable year of my life. Every single aspect of my life has been turned inside out and upside down: My relationship, my home, my career, my lifestyle and everything I had to make me feel safe and secure.

I don’t blame anyone or anything… I believe life-quakes happen when get too comfortable in a situation that is not bettering us or expanding us. As nice and cosy as it feels to be comfortable and not have anything to worry about, the truth is that in order to keep growing and evolving we need to transition through challenge. NO-ONES life is perpetual comfort.

There is a reason why even those who appear to ‘have it all’ still experience depression, heartbreak and life upheaval. No-one is immune.

So, next time the Universe comes along and flips you off your raft to fend in the rapids - know that if you can survive and make it to shore intact, the version of yourself that climbs out of the water will be 10 times greater.

Up until a few years ago, I had never performed a crystal healing session on a client via distance or online. But I LOVE doing online sessions! I find that we can achieve just as much healing as when we are together in person.
