SUNSHINE COAST 🤍🌿
I’m so excited to officially bring my much-loved
Lymphatic Love Foundations Workshop to the Coast.
This isn’t just a workshop ~ it’s a beautiful afternoon to reconnect with your body, learn how to support your lymphatic system, calm your nervous system, and walk away with practical self-care tools you can actually use.
Expect gentle education, guided lymphatic self-care practices, cacao/tea, nourishing community connection, and a take-home integration guide.
Many people leave these sessions feeling lighter, calmer, clearer and more connected to their body ~ which is exactly why I love sharing this work in community spaces.
✨ Limited to 14 guests for an intimate experience
📅 Sunday April 5
📍 Sunshine Coast (Gubbi Gubbi Country)

If your body’s been asking for a reset, some support, or simply a moment to land — you’re warmly welcome.
Heal Well has gently made its way north — and I’m so grateful to now be offering lymphatic and nervous system–focused bodywork here on the Sunshine Coast.
This work is for the women who are holding a lot.
Busy minds. Tired bodies. Nervous systems that haven’t had space to truly exhale.
While much of my work supports women, men are also welcome — especially those carrying chronic stress, physical tension, or a nervous system that’s been in overdrive for too long.
My approach is slow, intentional, and deeply regulating — supporting lymphatic flow, easing inflammation, and inviting the body back into a state of safety and softness.
No forcing.
No fixing.
Just thoughtful touch, grounded presence, and space for your system to recalibrate.
I’ll be working from Nambour, nestled inside a beautiful allied health space, with limited availability as I settle into this new chapter.
If your body has been quietly asking for support, you’re warmly welcome here 🤍

✨ Nine months. A whole season of becoming. ✨
This week I close the chapter on my 9-month Zenthai Shiatsu therapist training — and wow… what a year it has been.
A year of deep growth and deep feeling.
Of learning to listen deeper with my hands, my heart, my presence.
A year of unravelling old layers and weaving new ones in their place.
A year where strangers became mirrors… and mirrors became family.
Where I was cracked open again and again, and met myself there with softness, safety, and support.
Where joy didn’t feel fleeting… it felt anchored.
There were moments of such pure joy — belly laughs, soul remembrance, the magic of touch as medicine.
And there were moments so tender and raw they asked me to slow right down and breathe myself home.
I feel so expanded. So humbled. So grateful.
To my teachers .of.abhi .natural.therapies .dequaire , my family, the souls who walked this year beside me, my clients who understood the assignment, my friends who backed my every move and my younger self who once dreamed of being this open-hearted — thank you.
This therapy is more than a modality…
it’s a way of meeting life.
And we are only just beginning 🌿

✨️Fascia — the body’s hidden web of connection.
It’s the connector of all tissue, the silky, intelligent network that links every muscle, organ, nerve, and cell. You can’t touch the body without touching fascia — it’s the interface of everything.
The goal of lymphatic and fascial work isn’t just to “release tension.”
It’s to bring the fascia back into equilibrium — restoring balance between collagen and elastin, the two proteins that give our body both structure and fluidity.
When fascia is hydrated, spacious, and aligned, nutrients can flow freely in and waste can flow freely out.
In that state, the body doesn’t experience disease or pain — it moves, heals, and regenerates with ease.
But over time, forces like gravity, posture, dominance on one side of the body, and emotional holding all start to shape us. We begin to compress and rotate inward — getting shorter, wider, stiffer, or tired. What we often call “aging” is really adaptation.
As gravity pulls us, collagen starts migrating to areas of need — stacking up like scaffolding to hold us upright. This creates density, adhesions, and stagnation — the deeper layers of “tension” that many of us feel but can’t quite stretch out.
Our work is to gently unwind these stacked layers — freeing the fascia so that blood, lymph, and oxygen can flow again.
As the body rehydrates, rebalances, and realigns, collagen returns to its rightful place — restoring fluidity, posture, and lightness.
✨ Fascia is how we hold our stories.
When it’s given space, the body remembers how to heal itself.

Tahlia has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, with her main passion being structural rehabilitation.
When injury suddenly ended her professional career as a dancer (classical ballet & contemporary dance) she endeavoured to learn everything about the body and its capabilities. She began with a STOTT Pilates accreditation and taught this whilst studying her Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports and Exercise. Throughout her 8 years of study she has dabbled in Acupuncture, Chinese medicine, Nutrition and majored in Sports Rehabilitation, allowing her to register as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
With her broad area of knowledge, Tahlia possesses a distinctive skill set. From a coaching perspective, she is able to improve a client’s quality of life through a reduction in pain and an increase in movement from general population to a high level athlete. In her studies she was also exposed to many forms of Strength and Conditioning practice, completing her Level 1 ASCA and undertaking work placement with NSWIS, and a short stint with the Waratahs Rugby Union team.
Tahlia loves to push boundaries. After a pre-season in LGL (ladies gridiron league) with the Sydney Sirens, she moved on to a larger feat - to cycle the Italian Alps. Tahlia also pushes her clients through their physical boundaries, training them through all facets of health and fitness, while incorporating a holistic overview of lifestyle management. A year in Perth at the renowned Shredded Strength Institute broadened her knowledge of functional strength training and introduced her to the methods of Charles Poliquin. She then moved on to work with Clean Health Performance Center in Sydney and followed through with the teachings of Charles Poliquin, receiving her Bioprint certification.
It was in Perth that she found her love for writing and was a guest contributor for Evoke Magazine in 2013. When she relocated to Sydney her main writing happened for the Clean Health website and newsletter. This lead to her becoming a guest writer for Women’s Health & Fitness Magazine. Her blog is full of all things health & fitness and touches on everything that happens in the life of a performance coach.
Whilst working out of Fitness First Maroubra, she had a heavy online and face to face client base from NRL Rugby League players to World BMX Champions. She made the move to Port Macquarie to look after her health and begin her Masters’ in Nutrition & Dietetic Medicine. After 2 years of focusing on her Online Client base, she has made the decision to jump back on the gym floor and share her knowledge at Anytime Fitness Port Macquarie.
Her training is heavily strength based, with the ability to build a solid foundation and correcting structural imbalances to set her clients on any path they wish to choose; from fat loss, to building muscle mass and everything in between.
