✺ Thursday eventings (fortnightly) in our gorgeous event room

Are you feeling overwhelmed with stress and/or anxiety? Did you know that Reiki and Yin together are a magical combination to unlock the parasympathetic nervous system in your body to relieve these feelings?

A regular Yin practice is the perfect way to release the fascia, which stores stress cells among other things. Combining Yin with Reiki really amplifies the experience.
As a Reiki Master Teacher, Helen's Yin classes are given with Reiki energy passed on both with and without touch. The Reiki symbols and the sound of the kotodamas really deepen the Yin experience. Classes are kept small to allow optimum experience for all, after the 70 minutes you will walk away feeling rested, rejuvenated and ready for a peaceful evening.

Classes run every second Thursday at 6pm, the next being October 9th.
