Unloading the barbell the easy way โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช
Take the weights off one end first, then just lift the bar up to release the rest.
You can make it even easier by wheeling the first (far) side up onto a small weight plate, it will lift them a little way off the ground so they are easier to take off.

Come meet my new toy!!
So ive never paid that much attention to HR as I know enough to know people can get waaaaaay too hung up on it, and Im heaps the kind of person who can get hung up on things...
But, as someone committed to betterment, expanding knowledge and trying new things is key! This little number is going to help me find some new data to fiel my time trial efforts this training cycle.

Just a couple of the many faces of boxing you could be wearing at the Pan Pacific Games in Goldy in November.
Im still looking for a couple of masters boxers to join the team.
If you want to look back on 2026 and be like... damn... that was a YEAR! Then training for your first fight or a return to the ring might just be for you.
We dont have long. If you want to step between the ropes and wear one or two of these smiles we need to get you on some pads asap.
