Phoenix All Stars presents a joyful, inclusive, and delightfully silly puppet theatre experience created by a neurodiverse ensemble under the guidance of Artistic Directors Hannah Date & Sharyn Brady.

Our puppet show is a heartwarming, humorous production about friendship, self-expression, and community connection.

Last Tuesday, Moonrise Productions introduced us to Bowraville Theatre’s brand-new lighting system and console. We’re so lucky to have access to state-of-the-art facilities right here in our regional town and we’re even luckier that the Theatre has opened their doors for us to learn and create with this equipment.

🎉Take a Bow, Arlo Lane!

He received the news that he has been chosen, via audition, to attend work experience at Sydney Theatre Company in the next holidays.

Many applied, over 100, and he also won the regional scholarship to help with our costs. We are all VERY excited for Arlo!

Arlo simply cannot see a future without being in the theatre scene. He works very hard, and it is obvious that he is committed to his craft, taking initiative to create opportunities and prepares well for these experiences. We love seeing your Shakespeare monologues & swapping your actor hat with director hat in sessions. My personal favourite from Arlo's acting portfolio is when he played the lead Detective in our Mystery Play at Nambucca Valley Phoenix.

Bravo!

Meow, Beyond Jazz Festival 🐈‍⬛

Our YoungStars troupe brought style, theatrics, party vibes & professionalism to the event across the weekend POPPING UP here and there ~ just swipe to find out where 👀

How proud I am of these performers is an understatement. I heard nothing but great things from festival goers! It has been an honour to guide such a beautiful, supportive group of young people evolving through adolescence and young adulthood. The YoungStars are so happy to be sharing their talents with the community in fun & outrageous ways. Who would have thought ?! 🕺

And obviously kudos 👏🏻 to the parents! Behind every minor there’s a guardian transporting, keeping schedule, supporting, fetching food! And fixing costumes 😉 ✨💐

Vocal Lesson Openings + New Musical Theatre Ensemble! 🎭

A handful of vocal lesson times are now available between 1–3pm Thursdays at Macksville Uniting Church (by the piano 🎹)
For kids through to adults
Lessons are tailored to each student
Choose solo or small group (1–3 students)
30, 40, or 60 min lessons
