It's a good idea to check your medications every 6 months to ensure they're still safe to use. Just like food, medicines expire and need to be regularly reviewed to protect your family's health.

3️⃣ Switch to soap-free washes, mild detergents, and avoid harsh chemicals and synthetic fragrances.
