Abundant Creativity Do you want to be creative but don't know where to start? Ask us about creative supports & therapies. When creating, my focus is on the journey it takes me on.

I have lived a very interesting life for over half a century now and have alot of tales to tell. I have celebrated to great things in live like, births, weddings, holidays, new jobs and others successes. I have also been through an incredible amount of sorrow such as deaths, miscarriages, divorce, abuse, assault, being broke and other life’s struggles. One thing I have learnt through all of this is that there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for. I am an artist and therapist who is passionate about helping others through the heart-centered practice of intuitive creative arts. I very rarely have a preconceived idea in my head about what I want to create. I allow my intuition to take me on a journey of discovery and that is what excites me about creating art. My inspiration for my art comes from listening to my intuition and expressing that through colour, texture, medium and movement. I have always enjoyed creating this way as my art tells a story then of a time and place and how I was feeling at that moment. I really like the flow of ideas from this process, rather than the expectations of creating a pre-thought art piece. My first memory of creating this way was sewing on my little toy sewing machine an apron made of heavy crepe (totally the wrong fabric, but loved the process!) I was only about 4, but I remember the feeling of creating something from the heart. I would love to also take you on a journey of self-discovery and healing by trusting your intuition and following your heart and having faith in the organic process of creating something purely you! It is okay to be in this space. The transition, the messy middle, the space in between. You've moved on but you haven't yet arrived. You've left behind what you needed to, but the puzzle pieces haven't all yet come together.

There is messiness. There is waiting. There is uncertainty. You are wanting to rush but everything is moving slow. You are wondering if you will get to where you want to go. But where you are is perfect.

The messy middle is for doors to close and new doors to open. This transition period is where things come undone so that they can be put back together.
