A cosy space for rest near Nannup: The Sound Nest 🪹
Hi everyone! I’m very happy to share that since the weather has cooled down, I am reopening my space for sound sessions in Jalbarragup.
After seeing how much we all value the peace and quiet of our beautiful corner of the world, I wanted to create a dedicated space for deep rest.
I offer sound therapy sessions—which is essentially a ‘rest reset’ using the gentle vibrations of ancient singing bowls and other instruments to help quiet the mind and ease the body.
Whether you’re a local needing a break from a busy week or you’ve got friends visiting from the city who need to unplug, my door is open.
