Registered Nurse Full Time Permanent

Skills required:
- Current registration with AHPRA with post graduate experience as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge of the immunisation schedule and cold chain management
- Dressing and wound care
- Patient Triage
- ECG & Spirometry
- Previous experience in GP/Outpatient Clinic desirable but not a requirement
Other important requirements:
- A warm and friendly personality with ability to work as part of a team of professionals
- Exemplary verbal and written communication
- The ability to work unsupervised, multi-task and problem solve

National Diabetes Week 13-19 July 2025

This National Diabetes Week Diabetes Australia is focusing on prevention because it matters at every stage of the journey.

Whether it’s preventing type 2 diabetes or preventing complications for people living with all types of diabetes, awareness and action make a difference.

Diabetes is not ‘one-size-fits-all’ and each person’s journey is unique. Unfortunately, there’s still a lot of confusion and misinformation about diabetes. This misunderstanding can make life harder for people living with all types of diabetes.

However, with better understanding and support, we can create a healthier future – for everyone.

National Palliative Care Week 11-17 May 2025 - What's Your Plan?

Every day in Australia, 400 people of all ages die of a terminal illness. Every one of them could benefit from palliative care – care that is their human right, care that can enrich their final days, and care that too many people still miss out on.

With the support of the the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care, National Palliative Care Week (NPCW) opens conversations, raises awareness, and advocates for better access to and acceptance of palliative care.
