Naracoorte Health & Fitness Centre We have been in business for over 19 years and moved to a brand new facility in 2016. We moved Dec 17th 2016 to a new purpose built facility.

Huge cardio and strength area plus showers and toilets for all. We are a 24/7 gym with secure access. Our focus is on our members and the ambitons they have. Very simply priced adult (30.45/FN) and concession (20.90/FN) memberships with no contracts
All our fees include GST, bank fees, admin fees, set-up fees and we also have no cancel fees.

Its Wednesday on Week 3 of the challenge so here is the task. Help people out and share you favourite favourite ever. Could be a easy go to snack before you strength train, or a night before a major event meal. Whatever! The one with the most likes and comments will win our own Cap, Beanie and Sauna pass.
The exercise is also now our week 1 challenges but with a twist. For the cardio you need to take 20 seconds or more off your time and for the "21 Challenge" you need to go back up the list and finish how you started. Lets just get it done!
PS. We still need to be notified what you do so we can move into Week 4, 5 and 6 with confidence and a crowd.

Go to meal. This has been lunch for probably last 6 months or so 5-6 days per week. Protein is either chicken or beef, a normal wrap and these sides. Easy and still delicious in my eyes otherwise it would be changed. Most of the time this is my third meal, as have breakfast at about 7.30am, snack at 10 and then this at like 12.30pm. I’ll be honest though, 9 of 10 times I sneak an Oreo, yo-yo or a small sweet in after. I eat most things really and only now just starting to be very cautious about eating to feel full as a bull and not waste food. It’s hard to throw away the last few bites even though you’re full 🫣🫣🫣

Week 2 Challenge is up. Get in early and the exercise challenge will be added as we get some selfies in. The prize card is very well hidden and we want it found many times over the week. Only the week 1 clients can win this prize as our way of saying thankyou for committing, but anyone doing the week 2 challenge selfie can win other prizes. So far 4 hats giving away with more gifts to come. LFG!
