Good to luck all our members and the rest playing in their grand finals tomorrow. We have our teams we want to win but we hope the young demon teams carrying the club this year all get their cup especially. Winning isn’t everything, but its better than losing they say 🤣

With the gym turning 21 early next year we are seeking ideas for our 21st. Brett’s first baby deserves something special but it’s hard to please many people. Pitch ideas here and maybe soon we will have a vote and a date set out. Event, challenge, party, what could it be?

Man or woman!
This relates to our health also and the nutrition which IS THE HARDEST PART for most of us. Finding joy in the food is a struggle and definitely something Brett is guilty of.
