MEET MATT 💫

We’re so excited to introduce our new Physiotherapist, Matt!

Matt completed a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science at Federation University in Ballarat in 2018, before going on to complete his Masters of Physiotherapy at Flinders University, graduating in 2025.

Areas of interest include:
⭐️ MSK (Sport - football, soccer, netball, basketball & weight training)
⭐️ Inpatient rehabilitation
⭐️ Complex pain management

Having grown up in the country, Matt is passionate about improving access to healthcare in rural areas and is most excited to serve and support the local community. He’s also looking forward to exploring more of the Limestone Coast and meeting people along the way after moving from Adelaide.

We are super excited to introduce our new Physiotherapist, Jasmine!

Jasmine studied a Bachelor of Health Sciences prior to moving into a Masters of Physiotherapy at Flinders University, recently graduating in 2025.

Jasmine is most looking forward to seeing a wide variety of clinical presentations and to meet lots of lovely people within our community after moving from Adelaide.

Outside of work, Jasmine loves to run, go to the gym, explore new places and spend time with friends & family.

A fun fact about Jasmine is that she danced ballet and contemporary for 10 years 💃

FALLS & BALANCE CLASS

Our Falls & Balance class is designed to build strength in older adults, supporting bone health and overall muscle strength. By improving balance and coordination, it helps reduce the risk of falls and injuries.
Classes focus on practicing exercises that simulate everyday tasks, making movement safer and more confident. The goal is to enhance independence and help you stay active in daily life.

WELCOME JESS & TOM 🌟

UniSA students Jess & Tom will be in clinic over the next couple of weeks on placement to finish off their 2nd year of studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours).

Both Jess & Tom are no strange face to the South East, as Jess is from Naracoorte and Tom is from Mount Gambier!
