Morning postworkout shake

50g-100g of banana

Half a white peach

15g of Stevia
10g honey

10g creatine

200ml low fat milk

Sprinkle of cinnamon

Optional cocoa powder it you want it

chocolatey or use choc protein powder

Top up with ice and water

Blend for 15 seconds
