The juggle is real!
Remember we are now open until 8pm Monday to Friday to help better service our community. We understand that for some people it is difficult to attend appointments mid week during business hours. We have also extended our Saturday appointments to 6pm. So we are ready to see you after Saturday morning sport🏉⚽️🏀🏏, once those first loads of washing are sorted🧦, after the lawn is mowed🏠 or hopefully after a nice long sleep in 😴. Appointments available for this Saturday with Dr Matt 👨‍⚕️. Call or book online. *Private billing only on weekends*

FLU VACCINATION 2025 - FLU CLINIC NVMC and ND

Vaccination is a safe and effective way to protect yourself and your family from serious disease caused by influenza.

Influenza vaccines are given each year to protect against the most common strains of the virus.

Flu vaccinations are now available in the practice for our patients, please call the practice to book your flu shot.

WE HAVE A NEW DOCTOR

Dr Matthew Sheehy
PhD, BSc, P/G BSc(Hons), BMBS, MRCGP, FRACGP

Matt is a Brisbane-born GP, working in both Australia and the UK. He deals with the full spectrum of non-procedural patient health problems and has interests in elderly and migrant health. Matt obtained his medical degree from the University of Nottingham in 2012, becoming Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2017 and Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2019. He has also held academic posts at Queensland, Monash and Leicester Universities.

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Christian Fuschini to our practice.

Dr. Christian completed his undergraduate degree in Canada and his medical training at the University of Queensland. He brings valuable experience from his time at Bundaberg and Redcliffe hospitals, and he is well-versed in all areas of general practice—including sports medicine.

In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Christian is an avid athlete, having represented Queensland in men’s ice hockey and played for the Brisbane Lightning in the Australian Ice Hockey League.

Appointments with Dr. Christian can be booked via Hotdoc or by calling our practice. Appointments are available from 10/03/2025.

Support Norah’s Christmas Hamper Drive for the Homeless and Disadvantaged

This year, Narangba Doctors is proud to support a local Narangba resident, Norah, who is gathering donations to create Christmas hampers for the homeless and disadvantaged in our community.

Norah and her family have a history of generosity. On Boxing Day in 2021 and 2022, they provided breakfast for over 100 homeless people and created 100 hampers and Christmas stockings. Although she was unable to participate in the breakfast in 2023 due to surgery, she still made 118 hampers, filled multiple carloads of groceries, and donated them all to Caboolture Community Action for distribution.

This year, Norah is aiming to create at least 100 hampers again, along with Christmas presents for children, which will once more be given to Caboolture Community Action to support those in need.

Narangba Doctors has reached out to Norah, and she has provided a list of items she is hoping to collect. We will be accepting donations here, which will be passed on to Norah to help her in creating these hampers.

We invite you to support this wonderful cause and help brighten someone’s Christmas.
