Why get a massage??? The benefits of massage include relief for tired sore muscles, reduce muscle tension, increase circulation & blood flow, joint range of movement and flexibility, heightened mental alertness, reduce anxiety and depression. Improve mood and general well being. Many people prefer to have a therapist come to them to perform the treatment as opposed to visiting a therapist as this allows the recipient to remain comfortable and relaxed in their own environment. Remedial massage encourages the healing of injured soft tissue - such as muscles, tendons and ligaments. It may assist with Disorders such as-
• Anxiety
• Arthritis
• Back pain
• Chronic pain
• Depression
• Headaches
• High blood pressure
Insomnia. Please consider before booking there are some instances where massage isn’t recommended, including:
• During pregnancy, especially the first trimester
• If skin rashes, cuts or infections are present
• If fractures or broken bones are suspected

I aim to give the best quality professional treatments for each individual customer so they receive value for money and the benefits of a great massage. I was trained with highest of standards at the School of Integrated Body therapy Charmhaven and have been working as a massage therapist for over 12yrs for my self ,at a 5 star resort on the Central Coast NSW and as a therapist at Terrigal Massage and holistic health.
