🌬✨ Sound Bath & Breathwork Journey ✨🌬

Mid July, our sacred space was filled with the soft hum of crystal bowls, gentle breath, and deep stillness as we guided a beautiful group through an immersive sound and breathwork session. 💜🌀

From the moment the lights dimmed and the first breath was taken, something shifted — and the room sank into a field of peaceful surrender.

💬 "An immersive sound journey that took clients deep into a meditative state that was gentle, subtle, and well performed. The breathwork facilitator directed us through the session with confidence and a steady voice that activated a relaxation that was both deep and purposeful.
