What a blessing this year has been 🙏🏼🫶🏼🌺
So many amazing people in my life
I’m still trying to avoid surgery on my left knee so I’m extending my break until I see the surgeon after Christmas - I hurt it in Europe. I’m getting old and it was done doing nothing exciting sadly 😒
I’m using the down time to add to my counseling credentials and I will be doing more OrthoBionomy sessions as I ease back into body work.

What an awesome year it has been! I’ll be heading off to the UK soon and will be back in the new year with more knowledge and reenergised for another magical lap around the sun. Thank you all for a wonderful 2024
I am now fully booked until the end of the year.
Grateful & looking forward to an even better 2025
( I know this is early but I felt it was best to make this announcement so that no one is left wondering when I don’t respond - I’ll be switching off my socials )
