Backstory: For those that have supported Terry and my journey thus far we are thankful!
Terry always wanted a job, knowing Terry’s limitations I quit my fulltime position as a manager in disability supports, to spend time teaching him job skills. We bought a lawn mower, whipper snipper and orange shirts and started mowing lawns. We did this successfully for 8months. Terry then ventured out and was successful in securing a position elsewhere two days a week so had a break from lawns. He has since decided he misses it and asked to take over Includus Yards and transform it into Lawns by Terry!
Terry will be mowing lawns on Fridays with a support person and I couldn’t be more proud of him!
