Macarthur Women’s Health Centre is thrilled to announce the launch of Wellness Warriors — a brand new collaboration between Macarthur Women’s Health Centre and Built2Move in Narellan, proudly funded by ClubGRANTS through the generous support of Gledswood Hills Country Club 💙🙌

This exciting program kicks off in just a few weeks and includes 8 amazing hydrotherapy sessions led by a qualified female Exercise Physiologist in the warm, supportive hydro pools at Built2Move 🏊‍♀️

💧 Why Hydrotherapy?
Hydrotherapy uses the healing power of water — buoyancy, resistance & warmth — to support your body through movement and recovery. It’s ideal for:
✅ Joint pain or mobility issues
✅ Chronic conditions
✅ Post-surgery recovery
✅ Neurological or musculoskeletal conditions
✅ Older adults wanting to move safely and gently

Such a pleasure for us to be working alongside Macarthur Women’s Health Centre!

A huge thank you to the Camden Grants Committee and Country Club Gledswood Hills for funding their Wellness Warriors group, which enables us to provide hydrotherapy AND gym based sessions led by our very own Jaslyn 💪💜

Keep an eye out – and follow Macarthur Women's Health Centre. They will be releasing an Expression of Interest (EOI) next week so we can kick off this exciting new program!

Camille Penny Lazzaro is here! We welcomed our daughter late last night into this world ❤️

We will be enjoying an extra special Christmas this year and some R&R.

Wowee what a weekend!!

I lost my fight against .murray93. Being a couple weight classes heavier than me, I knew I had my work cut out for me. But wow, he was an amazing opponent, such a skilled fighter and an even better bloke! I wouldn't have wanted to share the ring with anyone else 🥊🥊

The goal for this event was to raise a huge amount of money for , and boy oh boy our incredible group did it!! Totalling over $330,000 for the whole event and breaking a record for the corporate clash Macarthur.

Thank you to everyone who donated, supported and watched the live stream. You are appreciated 🫶
