🌸 Mama, it’s not your body that needs fixing.
And it’s definitely not your child’s.

It’s the toxic messages we’ve been fed — that thin equals worthy, that food is “good” or “bad,” that how we look matters more than who we are.
Let’s break that cycle.

💬 “Our bodies are not the problem. Diet culture is the problem.”

Your child is watching. Listening. Learning.
When you choose self-love over self-criticism, when you choose nourishment over guilt —
you're planting seeds that grow into confidence, joy, and freedom. 🌱

Let’s raise a generation that respects their bodies and knows their worth isn't measured by a number on a scale. 💛

Like and comment a message diet culture has given you that you want to ditch!
