Traditional rehab programs often include generic at-home exercise programs with infrequent face-to-face sessions leaving you feeling unsupported and unsure of your progress. Here at Bounce Back, we believe there’s a better way! It’s not good enough to get you out of pain and back to how you were before. Our collaborative team of Physios, Osteos, Chiros, Exercise Physiologists and Psychologists are passionate about finding your ‘why’ and working with you to find your strengths, weaknesses and goals, whether they be performing at your best in sport or life. We utilise the latest research and technology to identify the specifics of your injury and how you move. All of this information is used to tailor a management plan just for you! We eat together, play together and most importantly - learn and grow together, sharing our experiences and knowledge to ensure each of our patients get the quality treatment they deserve. Dealing with back pain? Before you reach for a long term fix, try changing your daily habits.
These small tweaks can take pressure off your spine, support your posture, and reduce flare ups.

1. Move Every 30–60 Minutes
Sitting too long can stiffen your spine. Get up regularly to stretch or walk, even briefly.

2. Strengthen Your Core (Gently)
Your core supports your back, start with simple exercises like dead bugs, bird dogs, or pelvic tilts.

3. Focus on Posture, Not Perfection
It’s not about sitting bolt upright all day. Try to shift positions often and avoid slouching into the same spot for hours.
