Singapore visit, Reflexology signs were abundant along with a no walking in the garden sign, also discovered the Reflexology walk in The Botanical Gardens, was lucky enough to have a wonderful Reflexology session, myself, with John from at The People’s Park Centre then was able to relax those happy toes by the pool. 👣😊

I have been using Suzun Bennet Skincare products in my clinic for Facial Reflexology and Japanese Cosmo lifting sessions for about 8 or 9 years. I used to have them shipped from New York but am happy to report Suzun moved back to live in Sydney and now I have her range available to purchase from my clinic. The range includes a serum, moisturiser, cleanser, elixir and a fabulous body oil.
Smart new packaging and labels, in lovely frosted glass bottles. All at very reasonable prices. 😁

In Reflexology terms this tattoo is right on top of the Pineal & pituitary glands. Our big toes represent the head on a Reflexology map.
Pituitary being the master gland, it monitors the activities of all the other glands and effects the growth of body cells. It also controls BP and the secretion of hormones from the thyroid and adrenal glands.
The Pineal gland is located behind the Pituitary gland, it secretes Melatonin which is governed by our daily dark/light cycle that means it effects our biological clock. It can actually increase during meditation.

And thirdly we have “Camel Toe” this person is clearly a bit of a comedian!
