STUDIO BLUE DANCE CONCERT 2025 - Step into a living museum where every gallery tells a story through movement. Our dancers transform the stage into a vibrant timeline, guiding you through iconic moments, cultures, and creative revolutions. From the grandeur of Ancient Egypt to the drama of the Titanic, to jungle explorations and the spirit of invention, each segment is a unique exhibit brought to life with passion, artistry, and imagination.

Featuring a diverse range of styles taught at our studio including Musical Theatre, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acro, and Cheer, this concert is a celebration of dance and storytelling. Each performance is carefully crafted to reflect the essence of its theme, whether it's the strength of the Samurai, the evolution of fashion, or the pulse of jungle exploration, our students and teachers are excited to bring the stage to life while showcasing their love for dance.

We have some exciting news to share with you all!!!

Studio Blue Dance Competition Team Experience Day

We are delighted to invite you to the Studio Blue Dance Competition Team Experience Day, an opportunity to discover what it’s like to be part of our award-winning competition team.

This special event will provide students with a first-hand look into the exciting world of competition dance. The afternoon will include a variety of experiences designed to inspire and challenge, while giving families insight into what being a competition team member involves.

Experience Day Includes:
• Technique and skill development classes led by our experienced instructors
• A competition-style training session for potential new members
• Viewing of selected competition routines and costumes
• A Q&A session with our head teachers, Miss Cortney and Miss Carlie providing information about team expectations and the enrolment process

📅 Date: Tuesday 16th December at our Narooma studio
🕓 Time: From 4:00pm
👧 Eligibility: Open to students aged 7 years and above
💙 Commitment: Attendance does not require enrolment. This is an opportunity to experience and explore

Celebrating our Senior Dancers. The highs the lows and everything in between. We can't wait to get back into the studio to prep for 2026 with you.

The wider community may not know but when I watch these ladies on stage, I see the 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 year old BEGINNERS that had never taken a dance class before and didnt understand the concept of a pointed toe or the ones that had danced in recreational classes but didn't imagine themselves on a competition team. Our studio is still young and growing, but to see these girls grow from our first ever competition only a few years ago to where they are now makes me so proud and excited to see what they do next. They have played a huge game of catch-up in the competition scene and continue to work so hard to push past their last best efforts.

I LOVE the words shared with our team:

It’s an individual sport that only works when it’s a part of a team.

Students work individually to enhance their training to then work together to make their work cohesive…

It’s almost an oxymoron

A massive congratulations to all of our dedicated students who successfully completed their Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Ballet exams!

​We are incredibly proud of the hard work, grace, and commitment you've all shown throughout your preparation. The growth we've witnessed is truly inspiring, and you should all be so proud of this achievement.

​A special and heartfelt thank you goes to our wonderful ballet teacher, Miss Carlie Heldoorn. 🙏 Your guidance, passion, and tireless dedication not only prepared our students for these exams but also instilled in them a lifelong love for ballet. Thank you for everything you do!

Our dancers had a fabulous time over the weekend.

Every time our students step on stage, it’s a valuable learning opportunity, and we are proud to provide these experiences for them to develop their artistry and skills.

Amongst the many successful performances, I was so proud to see our students receive the sportsmanship award—a true testament to the values of our teachers, studio, and dance families.
