STRETCH | When can stretching hurt your performance?
⛹️♀️ Dynamic stretching warm-up consistently outperforms a static stretch or no warm up before athletic performance - in sprinting, agility, strength, explosive power, repeat efforts and in rate of force production.
🏋️♀️ Static stretching is detrimental to athletic performance when used as the main component of your preparation before you perform.
⚽ Your warm-up should look like the sport you're about to play — active, dynamic and progressive - through range & intensity.
