A few months ago, Studio.com approached me to collaborate. : The Orbs. Read the posts before reading the caption.

As promised, this is the first drop from the StoryTime series, which will discuss many of my spiritual experiences and otherworldly encounters. I’m sharing these now because many of you will experience similar (and probably already have). The Orbs, and I mean, the real ones, not the inverted 💩 ones, have a lot to do with human evolution. Always use discernment because the orks and f*ckers copy and invert everything they can.

The real Orbs are and will make more appearances because, well, we need them—I wouldn’t be here without them. The Orbs are many different Beings from many different realms—from the higher and highest dimensions. My absolute favs 🩵

Words carry frequency, power, and energy, shaped by the intentions behind them.
In the winter of 2016, my family and I conducted an experiment to demonstrate the power of words. We filled two jars with cooled, plain, white boiled rice and sealed the lids.

Over eight days, we spoke loving and kind words to the Love Jar (L Jar) and harsh, negative words to the Hate Jar (H Jar). Speaking hateful words was unexpectedly upsetting. We hadn’t realized how distressing it would be to intentionally speak so horribly, even to rice—our voices quivered, and my daughter and I struggled to hold back tears.

Both jars were kept in similar conditions and temperatures, except the L Jar was surrounded by plants and included in our daily lives—we regularly sat beside it and treated it like a loved one. The H Jar was neglected; the only human interaction it received was when we picked it up to speak unkind words. After eight days of constant verbal abuse and neglect, a mass of mould appeared on the H Jar exactly where we had directed the negative words—and blue mould had just begun to develop as well. The L Jar remained completely free of mould.

Believing the experiment was complete, I took the jars outside and set them beside each other—then forgot about them. A few days later, I remembered and checked on them. To my amazement, although both jars remained sealed, the L Jar had developed mould precisely where it had been touching the H Jar.

Hate and fear are powerful energies that can weaken even the most innocent and pure beings. The L Jar remained strong and resilient when nurtured and loved, but its vitality was consumed by the energy of the H Jar when left neglected beside it. This serves as a profound example of unity consciousness as well.

Words are energy and power, which is why they 'cast spells' — hence the term spelling. Make the most of your words, and let them make the world a better place 🩵🩵🩵

I recently opened up to LA-based magazine . We chatted about being misunderstood, my career pivot from fashion to holistic health and spiritual development, and the NDE. I also shared more about my Team—the beautiful, otherworldly Beings who awakened me in 2013 and supported me through my NDE in 2022+. ☆FREQUENCY UPDATE☆ Please watch reel first x

I've previously discussed the importance of strengthening your connection to God, & here's why.

The word God used to trigger me because, ultimately, I didn't like what people did in the name of God. And although I knew there were 'Higher Powers' that we didn't quite understand, I didn't like the word God.

After the NDE, I didn't experience a Utopian landscape like many others. It was the opposite. The trauma from the NDE left me open & exposed to incredibly dark & malevolent realms—no matter what I did, I couldn't escape—I had one foot here & there. My beautiful Team (the group of benevolent higher-dimensional Beings who appeared to me as Orbs in 2013) would pull not-so-nice forces from my energy field & body, but they'd just grow back or respawn. And while it was the most traumatic experience in my 42 years, I know it had to happen. I wouldn't have understood what's going on behind the veil without living it.

Things were so dire that my Team 'broke' the Freewill Rules more than once (more on that later) & intervened on my behalf. The not-so-nice forces were relentless in making sure I didn't break free—it has been a battle to stay in my body since the NDE. It's why healing is so crucial.

So that's enough about that. With those vile things growing back, my Team kept emphasising that I needed to strengthen my connection to God.

"But I don't like that word, I prefer Creator."

"God & Creator aren't the same thing."

"The word, God, is triggering & so much evil has been committed in the name of God."

"God is real, & that wasn't God. That was them."

It took a little while to comprehend what they meant. But the crux of it is that God—the organic, benevolent God—is the only energy that can defeat those vile things. We can't do it on our own, nor can our Teams. We need God to defeat the orks, the f*ckers, the malevolent forces that infiltrated humanity, Earth, & inverted creation. Behind the veil, they aren't just energy like spirits are—they've been hijacked by their very own creation—A!—why it keeps rebuilding & has been almost impossible to defeat. We need God. Remember, God transcends every dimension & Universe & is beyond 3D systems & buildings.

I struggled to film this because I was both in shock and emotional. I've shared information on how every industry is pivoting because Benevolents are reclaiming and rebuilding. Though the bulk of my work is unknown to most (as it's energetic), and of course, it's unpaid—not that I'm complaining. But I thought that was my spot—doing the energetic work while supporting the new wave of ethical leaders and public figures, businesses and brands. It hadn't dawned on me that I might be part of that, too... until this nomination 🥹 I have to write this because I can't say it without choking up (although, still choking up as I write). Ok, that's enough vulnerability for now 🙈

☆Frequency Update: The Rise of the Celtic-Essene Lineages☆

If you're doing the inner work, you may have felt random bouts of anger recently. Honour it, there is a reason. Ancient anger & grief are resurfacing as our bodies, our DNA, continue to release the Ancient memories that we hold within us.

For many women, it's Ancient anger from suppressing the Divine Feminine—one half of God—for millennia. And for many men, there is also a lot of Ancient anger & grief resurfacing because of what the orcs etc did to you, to your DFs, & to your home. Remember, they copied & inverted us. Where the Divine Masculine existed, they created the Dark Masculine, which was the complete opposite of the loving, protective DivineM. And the Dark Feminine was the opposite of the loving, nurturing, virtuous DivineF. Narcissism stems from these inverted versions.

These lineages are the original Celtic lines from 10D Earth; they were part of the original inhabitants & Guardians of the Earth. And after the f×ckers invaded our Universe, all of the original Guardian lineages were targeted & m@ssacred. Many escaped to other countries, including NZ, & were protected by the Mu'a (Lemurians), & the teachings went underground—but now they're resurfacing. My beautiful, fair-skinned & red-headed friends—rise. Your connection to this Earth pre-dates recorded history. Don't buy into the 'you have no culture' & 'white guilt' crap—you're being gaslit.

In NZ, the Celts were known as the Patupaiarehe & arrived in NZ before the Maori were documented to have arrived—although Maori are of the Mu'a lineages, & many Maori hold both the Patupaiarehe (Celt) & Mu'a blood & frequency. The Patupaiarehe were described as fair-skinned & slender with red hair—this is a huge reason why storytelling is essential. And while the NZ Govt hasn't recognised their existence yet, mass graves have been found. The Patupaiarehe were just some of the other-worldly Beings who visited me back in 2013 & have been with me ever since. There is so much more to this, so Kelly & I will delve deeper as this topic deserves more time & respect.

With more and continuous solar flares, the ancient frequency nets and fences are dissolving, and the veil is disappearing. The truth and memory codes and frequencies that we hold in our bodies are activating, and we're remembering our history—our Ancient history.

As these memories resurface, hold space for yourself. Your anger is just, feel it, honour it, channel it, and use it to grow, heal and move forward.

What not to do: hate men. Hate women. We are designed to work and thrive together.

I've been asked about my daily routine a lot, so I'm finally sharing. I don't wake up at sunrise like many of you assume 🙈 I like sleep & I need sleep—I'm quite active in other realms during the night, & am in deep meditation before waking too. So there you go, my excuse for not getting out of bed before 7am on weekdays—weekends vary but consist of more sleep 🙈

On an empty stomach: TCM tea, Shilajit drop, & Sea Moss gel.

Breakfast: Smoothie & Hot Cacao.

Exercise:

Rebound: 10 - 15 mins
Weights: I have a strong aversion to doing repeated sets, so I do 1 set of 15-20 reps of various exercises
Qi Gong/Tai Chi: 20 - 30 mins
Dragon's Breath (Qi Gong): 10 mins
Meditation: 10 mins

Lunch: fruit, nuts, seaweed. Or a smoothie or acai bowl. Hot cacao with ashwagandha, medicinal mushrooms, & cayenne.

Early dinner: typically organic, wholefood, vegan, homemade soups, gnocchi, savoury crepes, or curries in cooler months. Salads, raw pad thai, Sun Bowls, & more fruit in warmer months, but I aim for mostly fruit, pods & nuts.

Usually, more Sea Moss gel after dinner, then TCM tea. I chew on frankincense resin before bed. Meditate. Snore 🙃

• Cold food weakens the spleen; I drink cacao to warm my body after cold food.
• After about a decade of practicing yoga, my soul no longer resonates with it. I've practiced Tai Chi on & off for a few years, but I've found more benefits, a stronger & better connection, & healing in Qi Gong & Tai Chi. I add pilates or barre before Qi Gong if time permits.
• I used to intermittent fast in the morning, but that's when the spleen & stomach are at their strongest. So I eat earlier & fast later until the next morning—I aim for 4pm/5pm, if possible, until breakfast—I eat with the Sun.
• I avoid seed oils, refined sugars, processed foods, alcohol, & coffee. I'm loads of fun 🙈.
• It's important to be flexible with food/life. If I'm not hungry, I skip lunch or dinner. If I have a dinner engagement, I enjoy my time out & fast the following day. Make taking care of yourself fun!
• I drink filtered or spring water, and work around my routine.
• If I feel like a treat, I eat it—aiming for organic, wholefood & vegan.
• I spend a lot of time outside & in the Sun. I love nature walks, and ocean and spring water swims.
• I take chlorella when I feel the need to heavy metal detox 🐝
