The opposite of nearly everything you have ever felt to be true in this life.

Words cannot describe the bliss that is within you ✨️

Again, it doesn't matter if you've missed all 3 so far!!! One is better than none 😉

Breaking the cycle 🌀of self-sabotage (negative/low energy thinking) - it's very simple but something we all struggle with, I have definitely been there too!

These thoughts are powerful and the energy is quite addictive, even though it feels pretty crap.

By putting just one foot or even a toe out of the spinning cycle helps to slow momentum and break it wide open.

See what's on the otherside 🌀

Be brave, keep going 😘

I don't normally post the negative, but this is important

Self-sabotage/victim mentality sucks the life right of you and keeps you stuck.

It is an energy we get addicted to and don't even realise it.

It latches hold of our mental, physical and energy bodies like a leech, drinking from our pain, growing stronger and larger.

It wants us to continue this pattern, otherwise it will die.

Think about it - what would happen if we chose not to listen? If we chose to be happy anyway?

If we have done something wrong, amend, realign, set good intentions, forgive and try again.

No need to dwell or make yourself suffer.

Cry, do what you need, but don't stay there. Start again.

If we only think we've done something wrong, watch the mind, this energy wants you to think you have done bad.

Just watch, don't fight.

For example:

"I'm not good enough"

See the thought, thank it even, but don't touch it, allow it to move past. Do the thing anyway. Acknowledge the past, or whatever it wants to drag up for you, then just be.

The weakest minds struggle with this energy the most.

Get to know yourself, your mind.

Learn mindfulness and step back into your power.

Once you realise you aren't your mind or these thoughts, you are free.

Step back into yourself.

From here you can see. You can see the play, the game, the pattern.

No matter what you've done or what you currently believe about yourself, you can be free of it without drugs, without alcohol, without su***de.

Su***de is pointless. What you don't deal with here, you will have to deal with in the next life.

Face it now, do the work, what have you got to lose?

You will see, there is nothing to worry about.

Remember the bliss within ✨️ it is already there.

A space that once experienced, you do not want to leave.

A space of deep rest, deep peace, deep surrender.

It is within you right now...

But what stops you from knowing this?

The constant flow of thoughts, endless, pulling you in all directions.

Worry about money, children, health, relationships...

and yes even thoughts of pleasurable things block us from this deep inner state of bliss.

Get to know yourself, know how your mind works, learn to see thoughts for what they are... just words or images that have been created overtime.

You are not your thoughts, but who is the one who experiences them?

To the beautiful humans who joined me last week, don't forget our 2nd workshop is tomorrow!

Last week we worked on becoming aware of the mind, what it is, and learning a few techniques to help create distance (not avoidance) from your thoughts and feelings and connect with the calm inside.

Again, you don't have to come to all sessions, so please feel free to join us tomorrow, even if you missed last week!

If there's one thing I can give you all whilst in this life, it is guidance to your inner peace.

Even if this helps only one person, that is enough 🙏

The same sun ☀️ rises and sets everyday.

The birds chirp and flit around.

The flowers bloom 🌷 and then they wither.

Nature keeps on moving, silently, wildly, and free.

It is always there, changing yet unchanging.

The beauty is always there.

Isn't it funny though that when we are angry, fearful or depressed the whole of existence seems horrible.

And then when we are feeling light and happy, everything looks beautiful.

But still, the same sun rises and sets everyday, nothing has changed, it's just our perception, how we see it.

Two people (or even 10) can have the same experience yet react differently.

How we see this world is a reflection 🪞 of what is inside.

Get to know yourself on a deeper lever through mindfulness.

Become aware of what you are thinking and doing, be honest with yourself, take a good look.

Be willing to change, be willing to forgive.

Do not let others or circumstances steel your inner wealth ✨️

The world is in your mind, find peace within and live a peaceful life 😇

To the dearest, most beautiful men in this world 🌎 (that's all of you)

I see the burden that you carry, I see the heaviness in your heart.

The worry, the fear, "am I doing enough?"

In a world that is mad on success and money 💲 you run, you try to keep your head above water.

But inside you feel as though you are drowning.

Relationship breakdowns, stresses, children, blame, abuse, guilt.

So freakin much to carry 🪨, so much to think about, so much mess.

You push things down and turn to alcohol, drugs, other women, or bury yourself in work and hobbies thinking "she'll be right".

It works for a bit, but then you need more to ease the pain 💊, and the pain, it is unbearable.

To you I am speaking to, directly to you... 🫵

I am with you, you are not alone 🙏

In the darkest thoughts, the dread, the unknown, I am right here with you.

In your fears I'll walk with you to face those demons.

Whoever put this idea in your head you had to do it alone?

It's time to trust someone, someone who will listen, who will not judge and who will push you to be the best version of yourself you can be 👑

Real courage lies in asking for help.

Do something, learn about yourself, learn about your inner world, which runs your ENTIRE world.

What happens in your head 🤯, determines how you live this life.

There is NOTHING you cannot overcome or make peace with.

There is a life so freakin awesome waiting for you, do not let your happiness depend on others or external things.

You must find peace within YOURSELF first before you can find it outside...

Many people think they should be somewhere other than where they are... and this may be so, but we don't have to make a suffering 😓out of it.

Example: Men usually have financial 💰worries. It's heavy on their minds and shoulders.

BUT - if they wait until they get their desired financial situation to be happy...

A. This may never happen
B. They've missed all that time in between being unhappy and
C. Who's to say there won't be more worries after that?

Same applies for women 👩

This is why it's so important to work on you NOW.

If you are continually waiting for someone or something to give you that joy, love, contentment, you miss out on so much AND if you don't get that thing you suffer.

Don't let external things have that type of power of you... right now, just as you are, you can have the joy, the love, the contentment 😇 It is all inside of YOU.

Drop the struggle between you and your demons and see what beauty blooms 🌷

The mind can take us like a raging river 🌊 and make our lives miserable or drown us, this is why it's so important to learn about yourself and how to handle your mind.

Why do you think people take their own lives?

Because they can't handle the thoughts and the emotions that go with experiences.

The number ONE thing we all forget about is to take care of our inner world when it IS the number ONE thing that determines how we live this life...

Kind of silly right?

The pain you are feeling is real.

The confusion you are feeling is real.

The thoughts, the emotions, the doubts, it's all real.

BUT it's not who you are, nor does it define you or have to become your reality.

Let me explain...

Just as an artist begins with a blank canvas, so did you.

Before your parents named you.

Before you began your career.

Before THAT happened to you.

Who were you?

Take all of that away, your name, your career, what's happened to you, your emotions... who's left?

Ha!!

You aren't any of those things, what a relief.

Acknowledge, accept, work through the emotions and thoughts but also...

Wipe your canvas clean and start fresh... not new, but fresh.

Learn how to paint 🎨, learn how to use the brush.

Paint with wisdom, learn from mistakes, but remember this painting is now yours to create.

Just like we must learn to clean and take care of the brush 🖌, we must learn to clean and take care of the mind.

Where has this idea of you lived for so long?

Yes, as thoughts and images, but now you know.

It's time to become stronger, to lift the veil of darkness and confusion.

It's time to paint a new picture 🖼
